Rwanda: Turkish student visa, consulates and appointment guide
Citizens of Rwanda need a visa for Türkiye. Students apply for a student visa with the acceptance letter from their university in Türkiye. You cannot study on a tourist e-visa.
How to book an appointment
Through the e-Consulate system
According to the Embassy in Kigali, go to www.konsolosluk.gov.tr, choose Rwanda as the country and the Embassy in Kigali as the mission, fill in the visa pre-application form, upload your documents, confirm the application and book an interview appointment. No interview is possible without an appointment. The Embassy has no affiliation with any visa agency. The student visa fee is 60 USD and is not refunded if the visa is refused.
