Uganda: Turkish student visa, consulates and appointment guide
Citizens of Uganda need a visa for Türkiye. Students apply for a student visa with the acceptance letter from their university in Türkiye. You cannot study on a tourist e-visa.
How to book an appointment
Through a visa application centre
According to the Embassy in Kampala, no embassy appointment is needed; all visa applications are made in person at the sole authorized office, Turkish Route. Consular fees are 60 USD for single entry and 180 USD for multiple entry; the service fee is 95 USD regular or 190 USD VIP (February 2025). Beware of people who promise visas for a fee.
